



Level 4
This swimmer can put their face in the water and swim using a front crawl method. In this level the swimmer can swim front crawl and has begun to swim backstroke, the swimmer learns to roll on to their back when breathing. The swimmer will start learning dolphin kick This level will also help increase the distance the swimmers can swim. They will begin swimming 1 lap and should be able complete 4 laps to continue to the next level.


Level 5
This registration form is for the Advanced Swimmer.
This swimmer can swim 100yds with 2 different strokes. In this level the swimmer can swim front crawl and has begun to swim backstroke, the swimmer learns to use side breathing. The swimmer will start learning butterfly, and breaststroke.
This is an hour long class to prepare for swim team conditioning.
Class price for 4 one hour long classes $100.00


Conditioning Swim Team
This program is for the advanced swimmer that has been on a swim team or is looking to join a swim team.
Practices are held Monday - Thursday from 4:30pm-6:00pm
Swimmers can choose:
$60 per week, 4 times a week.
$40 per week for 2 times a week
6 weeks 4 times a week for $375
2 times a week for 6 weeks $350.00
Swimmers must be over the age of 6. They must be able to swim 8 laps and show that they have the basic concept of all 4 competitive strokes. They will be training for the upcoming water polo or swim season.
Swimmers will be invited to stroke clinics.


Private Swim Lessons
This is the general sign up for private lessons to be held at Rio Mesa High School.
Private lessons can vary between 1 time per week to 4 times per week.
Private lessons start Monday June 23rd and will end Aug 8th.
Purchase private lesson prices:
$65 per individual lessons
$35 per student per lesson per lesson for Semi-private lessons
$425 for 7 lessons
$250 for 4 lessons
